The prices above are charged per session. There are two sessions per day, a morning session from 8.45am until 1.00pm or an afternoon session from 1.15pm until 5.30pm.
Pre-bookable early sessions are charged at £2.50 (increasing to £2.56 from 28th August 2012) on top of the normal session fee. Late collections will be charged at £5.00 (increasing to £5.50 from 28th August 2012).
Children of up to 7 years can attend during holiday periods and conferences.
Bookings are for complete term blocks, unless you are an undergraduate student parent.
Booking periods are approximately
- September - December
- January - March
- April - August
Students' attending taught courses may receive fee remission (financial assistance) for "term time" only sessions (any additional bookings will be charged at the full rate).
Invoicing dates
The invoicing dates for the Summer term 2012:
- 2nd April until 27th April - 4 weeks
- 30th April until 1st June - 5 weeks
- 4th June until 29th June - 4 weeks
- 2nd July until 27th Junly - 4 weeks
- 30th July until 24th August - 4 weeks
